The crane structure consists of main girders and girder beams on wich is installed a travelling mechanism. The bridge and trolley wheels are with rolling bearings, which makes it easier to travel and to reduce its noise. The basic structure elements are combined by bolts, which makes a simplier transportation and easier assembly.
The bridge is single girder type and consists of a box girder performance, the bridge girders and four buffers on the bridge girders. The girders are made of steel plate, rigidly connected to the girder with couplings and bolts allowing a quick assembly with radially punched seats for the wheels and motor reducers.
The travelling mechanisms are two groups of geared motors with parallel connected motors. The trolley is a standard design and is powered with flexible flat cable section with plain dots.
The crane governing is done using a keyboard of the floor or radio remote controls.
During the takeover of the crane, attest and other technical documentation are supplied according to the applicable regulations.
